SkyRift Eyewear is committed to producing high-quality performance eyewear. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage provided with the purchase of SkyRift sunglasses.

This warranty applies to original purchasers only and is subject to the terms and limitations below.

Limited Lifetime Frame Warranty

SkyRift Eyewear warrants that the frame of your SkyRift sunglasses will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.

If a qualifying defect occurs, SkyRift Eyewear will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product, or

• Replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or

• Provide an alternative remedy permitted by law

This warranty applies only to the frame and does not extend to lenses or accessories.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Structural failures of the frame occurring under normal, intended use

What Is Not Covered

• Lenses (scratches, coating wear, cracks, breakage, or any lens-related issues)

• Accidental damage, impact damage, or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper care, storage, or cleaning

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Loss or theft

• Damage resulting from extreme conditions beyond intended use

Lenses are considered consumable components and are not covered under warranty.

International Warranty Notice

This Limited Warranty applies internationally. However, warranty rights may vary by country, state, or jurisdiction. Some regions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so parts of this warranty may not apply to you.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your location.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

• Full name

• Proof of purchase or order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the issue

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by SkyRift Eyewear.

Shipping & Handling

If approved:

• A return of the original product may be required

• Shipping costs may apply depending on location and circumstances

SkyRift Eyewear is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyRift Eyewear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by SkyRift Eyewear and supersedes all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.
